US SHIPPING

JACHS NY Jachs.com, LLC offers free standard shipping on all US orders over $125 (Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, APO Military Addresses excluded). All other orders are shipped via UPS SUREPOST for a fee of $11.95. We also offer Expedited Shipping, which rates will be calculated at checkout by UPS based on package weight and destination. 

We ship our packages out of a third party fulfillment center in New Jersey. Orders placed Monday through Thursday will typically ship within the next day. Orders placed on Friday and throughout the weekend will ship the following business day. Please note that during high volume sales (ex. Black Friday, Labor Day, Flash sales, etc) orders may take slightly longer (up to 4 business days) to ship out. We appreciate your patience. 


EXPEDITED ORDERS

All expedited shipping orders must be placed before 12 pm EST in order for it to be shipped out the same business day. Otherwise, the package will ship out the following business day.


TRACKING MY SHIPMENT

Once an order is placed you will automatically be sent a confirmation email summarizing the items purchased and shipping address. Please review this email and make sure all the information is correct. As soon as an order is processed and ships out you will be sent a shipping confirmation email with tracking number included. Please monitor your tracking number for live updates on your shipment. You can see live updates at track.jachsny.com


RETURN/ EXCHANGE POLICY


We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer returns/ exchanges for your convenience with a $2.95 flat restocking fee deducted from your refund amount for each Return initiated. JACHS NY gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged merchandise purchased online. All items must be in the original condition and have the tags attached. All returned items are subject to inspection. Items returned within 30 days of original purchase can be exchanged or refunded in full. If items are returned within 60 days the order is eligible for store credit only. 

Items marked "Final Sale" are ineligible for Returns/ Exchanges

RETURNS

To process your return, please follow these steps:
  1. Visit our Returns Portal.
  2. Enter your order number and the email address used for the purchase.
  3. Click "Start a Return" and select the item(s) you’d like to return.
  4. Choose the reason for return and whether you’d like an exchange or a refund.
  5. Select your Shipping Method: You now have the option to choose how you'd like to ship your return with USPS:
    • Display a QR Code: Show the code on your smartphone at a participating USPS location. They will print the label for you!
    • Print a Label: Print the label at home and drop off your package at any USPS dropbox or store.
  6. Submit your request.
[!IMPORTANT] Regarding QR Codes: A QR code can only be generated on the same day that your return request is submitted. If you do not choose the QR code option today, you will need to use a printed label for the return.


EXCHANGES


For Exchanges you go to www.jachsny.com/returns and enter your email used to place the order. From there you'll be able to see all your items and select which you wish to send back. Click the Return Button and the next step will then ask if anything is for exchange and has a text box to write out request. Once submitted and approved you'll be emailed a Pre-Paid Return Label/ Instructions. 

 

GIFT RETURNS/ EXCHANGES

In order to return/exchange a gift we would need to locate the original online order placed in our system. We would need further information such as the name, email, or order number of the person who made the original purchase.
